Terrible experience! Selected economy/no-rush shipping option but they sent it overnight and charged us almost $100 in priority-overnight shipping. The order confirmation and packing slip both say economy shipping --- received the product 5 days after placing the order but they still want us to pay for the overnight shipping? Scam!! Beware!

because I live in Hawaii I wait a long time to contact the company about lack of product that is shipped hazmat. I still have not received it.
