I needed information about the Hydroxocobalamin powder, that I intended to use for injection. The answer for my question was "it's USP grade" after I received the following message from the customer support: "Please let us know if you have any questions related to packaging, specifications or regulatory documentation—we’d be happy to assist". I asked the question about the regulatory documentation, which Spectrum actually have to provide upon request. Well, there are 2 USP monographs for the Hydroxocobalamin, one for the supplement powder and another for the powder for injection. But after "it's USP grade" I've got a feeling that they are not interested. I've got my answers from another wholesaler and was pointed in the right direction regarding necessary testing.

Poor customer service, no follow up on the product ordered, don't know if it was even shipped.

Terrible experience! Selected economy/no-rush shipping option but they sent it overnight and charged us almost $100 in priority-overnight shipping. The order confirmation and packing slip both say economy shipping --- received the product 5 days after placing the order but they still want us to pay for the overnight shipping? Scam!! Beware!
