order history

I cannot pull up a chemical and see how many times I have ordered or the pricing that was paid for it in the current year.

Your services

I am not impressed with spectrum. Some of the issues Ive been experiencing is lack of NDC numbers or NDC numbers being different on your website versus on the packaging slip. I called customer service and she didnt even know what a NDC number was. Then Ive had issues where I place my whole order in one transaction and have been charged numerous shipping charges because it came from different warehouses. Even though my whole order was placed at the same time. The customer service was willing to combine 2 of the items that came from the same warehouse but not the others. Then Ive ordered a drug that was suppose to be shipped over night due to it requiring to be refrigerated and it was shipped regular mail and not even in an ice box or cold packs. I have really tried being supportive but it gets frustrating when this has been my experience each time.

Bad customer service!

Bought a defective API, Chlorobutanol anhydrous (CH123), two months ago. Just opened it 2 days ago to do a compound, but couldn't use it because the API itself formed into a rock. Couldn't break it down because it was like a hard malleable caramel rock candy. I called in to report this issue to customer service, yet no one has called me back and offer any type of solution. What do you expect me to do in the mean time without this ingredient to do my compound? No communication, no refund or exchange being offered!

No shipping to Puerto Rico - customer service terrible

Since the very beginning the question was do you ship to Puerto Rico and the answer was yes. But then we made an order, and suddenly they cancelled the order that they cannot ship. Second time, we gave another try and they told us that the particular product has to be via a supplier in PR. They provided several names, we called 3 of them, 2 did not even responded back and CCSI we made the order and after us following up on them (CCSI) the order was cancelled again. So, you do not ship to PR? I guess no and why then you have distributors then what can be supplied/shipped to pR?
