I just ordered 200 dropper bottles which I had to wait 30 days to receive. When they came they didn’t have dropper tips or caps. Why would you list dropper bottles without the tips and a cap?

It's difficult to navigate the web pages sometimes, especially when you don't have the specific product in stock that I am looking for. it gives me so many chioices that are not related the product being searched.

Sent me a chemical with a 7 month exp date.... Why? It would have been nice to know...But your company does this to get rid of items... Wont be using the website anymore...and will call in orders only and find out the date for each item BEFORE ordering.

Hard to navigate the site. Should be easier-- see Medisca site for iteas. Hard to look up chemicals and order them. Also, I am still being charged taxes on the products. Spectrum Reps have said they had fixed it for 6 months. It still is charging me taxes.
