Damaged product, waiting for customer service to respond

so far, horrible. no one can get these on my bmw. help

Horrible.

I have not yet received my order. According to the post office, a shipping label was created on 03/11/2024, but the product was never actually shipped. I've contacted you by email about this, but never got a response. I phoned twice this morning, but nobody answered. I cancelled my order and requested a refund this morning via your web site. You folks suck.

Support was no help. Info@silblade.com was a dead email.
