Shipping was slow, took a week for it to leave the warehouse. After reporting the issue I had, there was no apology or promise to fix the website issue that caused the problem in the first place.

Terrible

As bad as any company that says "it fits", yet it doesn't, and then you won't respond. So, in a word, you suck.
