Well, the sizing for the anti-slip shoe covers is completely off and, as a result, I had to return my original pair. I had to pay an additional $7.00 to ship my original pair back to your company before you would refund my money. The refund does not include original shipping cost so already I’m out $13.00 (original shipping cost plus additional shipping cost for my return). Then, I had to purchase another pair in a larger size resulting in yet another shipping fee. In the end, I ended up paying waaaaaay too much money for the product. Sorry, but I will never again purchase from this company-instead, I’ll stick with Amazon-no shipping fees would have saved me at least $20.

I still have not recieved a box of lens wipes

One of the filters I ordered had a hole in the package so it was no longer sealed. Shipping time and costs were competitive.

Probably my fault but I couldn't track the order. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive.
