To slow shipping.

Did not receive item but receiving email that I did and asking for a review on said item not here. Been over a month. Pandemic or not.

I tried to fill out for an exchange. I didn’t receive any follow up information, address for return how when I would get the next ones. It just continued to say pending. I didn’t even receive an email to inform me the process was started.

Had exactly what I needed at a competitive price. Quick, albeit incomplete shipping.

I placed my order on 11/06/25 for three items. It is now 11/28/25 and I have received two of my three items. Complete order was paid for on 11/06/25, but I am still waiting on my third item. It would have been helpful to know at the time of my order that not all items were in stock. I could have gone elsewhere to purchase my items. Prices were reasonable, but fulfillment needs work. Hopefully my third and final item arrives the first week of December as I have been previously told. I will check the website to see if this issue has been fixed in the future, but I am not sure I will order from Safety Company again in the future.
