I paid over $1,000 for a 40” × 20” return grille and the quality is completely unacceptable for the price. The grille is made from thin, flexible 18-gauge steel, arrived with a visible dent in the frame, and feels flimsy even before installation. This is not a premium product by any standard. Most of the aluminum supply vents in the same order also arrived with surface pits, shaved edges, and inconsistent finishing. Only the two smallest vents were free of defects, which points to poor quality control. Customer service initially acknowledged the issue and requested photos. After I sent detailed photos and followed up multiple times, communication stopped and no resolution was provided. For $1500 order, I expected premium materials, flawless condition, and professional follow-through. I did not receive any of those. I cannot recommend this company.

The finish is extremely textured, which was not indicated in the product listing or visible in the photos. This texture is inconsistent with the modern styling and so pronounced that it will be difficult to keep clean. We are now considering other options

It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t received my order. I’d say that pretty bad service.

I reached out 3 times in reference to my first time buyer discount. No one ever responded to my emails.
