Order misplaced by your company and you have sent too many emails asking for reviews

We had purchased the pen for some minor scratches with the construction work done on the registers purchased from them. After doing so, it left a very different tone of black that is very easily seen with streaks. I am not content with the purchase.

Your website is the worse. I ordered the items and just came with a plate for vent. When I contacted, they told me that I should have ordered more pieces and even the person didn’t bother to tell what. I’ve been asked to return the items on my cost. Awful customer service
