A piece on one side with spring inside popped off the very first time Iattempted to use this

STILL WAITING

Keeps spinning and spinning and jamming the cork. Waste of money and good wine.

My product does not appear to have shipped yet (ordered 2 weeks ago). Customer service has been contacted, but no response yet.

Terrible product but unfortunately tossed box before using it. Would return in a heartbeat😡
