Not what I expected. I want to return it

The product I bought, a device to reseal wine bottles doesn’t work. We had one previously that we were happy with and wanted to update. The new one doesn’t work.

Everything about this was terrible. Fix your company. Selling products that don’t work as advertised. I want my money back
