I am happy with the art print and the communication with Mark was excellent. We paid the delivery fee in front, but due to time constraints, I went to the office to pick up the banner and requested for a refund of the delivery fee, but never heard back from PrintFlex. I would appreciate an email clarifying the delivery fee.
