Unfortunately the business cards we ordered and collected were printed very well. The cutting of the cards was badly done. When we discussed the issue it was to be resolved, until now no one has contacted us re the problem. Have used Printflex in the past but alas maybe not again.

Lack of internal communication one staff member advising one thing and not leaving notes or advising their colleagues of the updates. As a result our purchase whilst still going ahead has missed our expected deadline.

good customer service before we mad a purchase but the product wasn't perfect. was black dots printed across all the signs I purchased granted I supplied the image but I'm not a signage expert. I would expect it to be proofed blown up before printing

The service we received, quote, production time and delivery were excellent - 5*. However, the print job itself as a bit off. On one of the panels, the dog has been printed and is green wheres the dog should have been in gold as per the original artwork and how it appeared on the proof that was sent for approval - not sure how/why this happened.

I found that the banner we ordered this time to be massively down on the quality compared to the previous 4 banners we had ordered. Within 24 hours we had 4 of the eyelets pop out, with in 48 hours it was already ripped. We had another banner from your company tied up exactly the same way, exactly the same size and that feared perfectly fine and the wind wasnt even that strong. Pretty disappointed!! No issues with the cortflute signs, happy with them. Wasnt thrilled either with half the order missing and having to travel all the way back to pick up the remainder of the order.
