My purchase and installation experience was great except for one small glitch. After the initial installation was complete, there were conduit pipes visible from the street. I called customer service and my sales rep, and it was corrected within a week. I have been very happy with the savings on my electric bill. In the last few months, the panels have produced more electricity than I’ve used by about 3%!

Precissolar provided me an excellent product, and I am quite happy with it. I am currently researching the best way to disconnect from the grid in the event of power failure, which happened Thursday night. On YouTube, Will Prowse has some excellent suggestions, but they are for small systems like up to 24 volts. Anything larger is beyond my current needs.
