My experience went well starting with my salesperson. He was very professional and informative. All the steps were explained thoroughly and the process went seamless. It took several months before I got an installation date, but I was informed that it may take awhile. During installation, the crew was great. Unfortunately, they ran out of daylight and had to come back the next day. The only problem I had was the final process with initializing the system to turn it on. This was a 2 day process that took an extra week. Otherwise, I am satisfied with everything so far. Looking forward to the savings. I would recommend Sunpower by Precis to anyone looking to purchase or lease a solar system.

Salesperson overcommitted to installation timeframe. Promised installation in roughly a month. It took three months. Engineering was slow; did not meet installation commitments by salesperson. Engineering required corrections, and downsizing which were identified by purchaser rather than Precis. Engineering did not provide accurate plans to installers. Installation was excellent.
