The process was pretty great, I even had a mix-up in shipping and they took great care of it. The service was great to handle the error and took care of it immediately. The only reason it isn't a 5-star review is actually getting somebody on the phone is really hard to accomplish. They answered right away but finding the phone number on their website was hidden behind a bunch of other ways to contact. I dislike that in general, but I really dislike stuff like that when it is B2B. It should be pretty clear how to get ahold of customer service from inside the portal.
