The meals that arrived intact were fine, but one of them had broken holes in the plastic containing the food and we couldn't serve it to our son. This was frustrating to have to trash an entire meal upon opening the box.

Shipping is terrible. They have been delivered late 4 times. It’s hard to deal with an unexpected situation and discard them.

The ice packs were completely melted and the food was warm. They did show up on time but I’m a little nervous that they have been spoiled

My son is 3 therefore the size of the portions are too small. I always end up cooking more food after I’ve given him the meal. Also some of the veggies haven’t got enough flavour therefore he finds the food bland.

The product arrived and expired in less than two days. I have tried to reach out to customer service and nobody has responded. I have to throw out almost all jars because we can’t use them in time!
