Good service. Terrible options. The same options are available week after week, nothing new to chose from. I also experienced 2 orders that were delivered 3 days after being shipped.

I logged in to my account and I was automatically opted into a monthly plan and charged after emailing and expressing that I did not chose or want the plan. Additionally, the menu did change much so that’s why we stopped ordering in the first place.

I got absolutely no warning that my subscription was resuming after being paused for over 8 months, by the time I got this email it was already too late to make changes to the order so I’m stuck with whatever I’m being sent.

My package came warm, soaked in the gel contents. I had to throw it away. Super disappointed and I hope management contacts me.
