My daughter loves the food,

My daughter loves the food, nice size portions. Would love new selections and the casserole more often. My only issue is occasionally the food has not arrived on time and we had to throw it out because the food was hot when it got here and the ice was all melted. Customer service is phenomenal though and I always get a credit, it’s just a hassle to try to figure out meals for a week if we don’t get our shipment.

Food's good, weekly recurrence is not.

The food is good. My kids eat most of it, my husband and I like it, and it's pretty healthy. I like to keep these in my freezer for those days I have nothing cooked, and it's great for that. Why have I considered canceling? Because I can't just order when I want something. It will automatically ship food to you every week unless you remember to skip your week. Hope you don't forget or you'll get a bunch of food you may not need or want. It's restaurant-level pricing, too, so it's not cheap to get something you may not need. And even canceling is kind of hard. You can "pause" easily, but canceling is a whole other thing. I think I'd have probably recommended it to someone if the auto-recurrence wasn't a thing. For now, I'm in a debate with myself over keeping it.

Food is not separated enough.

Food is not separated enough. I was hoping for a meat, carb and veggies. Not mixed together.
