Used other services and I found this one not as user friendly and the window of advance to select was longer. Other services we used have reminder emails to ensure our busy family was able to adjust accordingly.

Both times my apartment number has been left off the box. The first shipment stayed an extra day while we worked on fixing the address. Today I checked and once again my # has been left off. My kids tried the meals and loved them, except for one. Was frustrated that the next week I couldn't modify to not get that meal in 6 days. We'll be getting a meal we had to pay for, I know no one will eat.

The meals get repetitive and some meals (mac and cheese, minestrone stew) are not my child's favorite

I have a picky eater so she was fussy about quite a few of the dishes. I also wish the selection would rotate otherwise I have less to choose from. Lastly, I didn't realize they would come with a best by date. Her daycare won't serve her "expired" products so even though I had frozen some meals they were only able to use at home. Not my intention.

Excellent and fast shipping. My kids are super picky eaters and unfortunately the meals were not something they enjoyed. I tasted them and they tasted great to me.
