My Wine Guy offer great wines at very competitive prices. They have access to some of the cult producers which can be hard to find elsewhere. They will do their best to resolve any issues which arise in the delivery of your wine. For example, I had wine turn up to my doorstep in the late afternoon of a 40 degree day after riding around in the hot delivery van all day. The wine itself was cooked at 35 degrees C. MWG replaced the wine and are happy to hold delivery until the weather cools down or an agreed upon time. For people like myself, this kind of customer service in the summer is a priority as I usually avoid buying wine online altogether in summer as where I live, the temperature rarely drops under 30 degrees from December to the end of March. I feel much more secure knowing that any wine I order will be held until the weather cools down. Big Thumbs up to MWG from me.
