Love the work but the website needs some attention as it is not always running ast it’s full capacity and causes much frustration.

I’m unable to find any carers, only 3 carers show up in my search area...

No follow up regarding support worker.

The Social Carer Tran was unethical breached Like Family policy and NDIS Code of Conduct. I told her upfront my needs and repeated my needs. She heard but did not respect my wishes. She was lazy and incompetent by sitting doing nothing. She argued in my home, put me down, she distressed me unnecessarily so I was crying shaking and increased anxiety and depression struggling to sleep. Lacks diplomacy. Has no understanding of what to expect from a person with disability. Has no qualification or experience and not a natural. Clearly in this for the money. Needs to have her right to work for NDIS taken off her.

Unethical Social Carer. incompetent. She did not listen to what I asked the booking was for. When I asked her to do tasks she heard me but did not do the tasks. Did not consider my disability needs. She argued, distressed me unnecessarily and let me down, unreliable. From what she said it was obvious she doesn't understand the basics of the role of a support worker and lacks consideration or compassion with no understanding of disabilities. Inexperienced, not qualified, not a natural and in the wrong job. Her focus is money. That was the 1st Social Carer. The 2nd Social Carer stood me up without communicating.
