Customer service is no good

No one seems to be able to communicate well- I’ve left a few messages and had no response.

2 hero's accepted the role of supporting the next day complained it was to far to travel, or the cleaning work was to much or they had uni commitments . my question is WHY accept the job in the first place ?

Was new to ndis, didn't know any better. Cleaning support person you sent was dishonest and house was fealthy. The others were random, good for nothing unemployable bunch. Grish silver and lady from Tanzania were two exceptions, still not good enough 4 what they charged if compared to current support workers.
