Some support workers should that event be on the platform as you not reply to the messages and doggy taking advantage of the vulnerable elderly!

It could have been a 5 star the way Bee stopped working for me was shocking.no warning just a text message to say only doing community outings and to basically get someone else.not fair treating people this way especially disabled people.she changed when I told her she couldn’t put her name down as my career on a hospital form.she asked if she could put herself down as cater I said no she changed straight away.the reason I don’t like doing community outings is because she needs training in that area.she is the best cleaner thumbs up to that will not be using your services as don’t like being dumped and left in the lurch

While I've found some wonderful people to help me with my needs to date, I'm afraid the new site change has driven me away, I've found it to be frustrating and difficult, not easy to navigate and wait for with a disability. I've also found a few gems in the carers but I need more hands on workers than companions and for this reason it isn't working for me as well as it did.
