I will give 5 stars for the care shown my Mark for my dad but the website has been shocking (and I've heard I am not the only one). Much of what I needed to see and do on your website wasn't showing and even after receiving help from one of your staff for over 1/2 hour there were still issues.

Good when you find the right person
it could be made a lot easier to find people-the website is slow to load and you do not get notified of messages. I always ask workers to message me directly. It is also not possible to add the right filters to job posts.

I love like family , love that you actually interview carers , have never had a bad sw from you , sadly you don't have many workers in my area .
