Received damaged merchandise, emailed seller several times, only to have emails returned as non-deliverable. Put item in dispute, Credit Card Co. has contacted seller, STILL NO RESPONSE. Unacceptable customer service, as well as damaged product …. Note damage to product did not occur in the shipping process, but a damaged product was shipped to me—meaning damage occurred to product PRIOR to shipment. So no quality control in shipping and absolutely no communication from seller. Extremely disappointed.
