Timeliness of Processing Orders

For a company that sells high end products- I am extremely disappointed that it took over a week to process a simple order without any notification from your company that you were backlogged from your company break over the holidays. Customers should have been made aware that it would take that long to deliver your products. Not sure why you would have a major sale the day your employees returned to a backlog of work after being off for a week. I think it is all poor planning of your managements. This was a birthday gift for my mother-in-law. If I was made aware before placing my order that it would take 8 days to process- I might have made a different decision. But I had to call a week later to find this out- rather than an email or note on your site that this could be the case. I will think twice before ordering from you in the future if I need my package in a timely manner.

Poor delivery times

I ordered two tops on 9 December and was immediately charged. They were not mailed, however, until 20 December so they will not reach me until after Christmas. This is the second time that I have had delayed shipping and not an issue I face with other retailers. I can't review the tops as I don't have them but I can say that Johnny Was need to improve their customer service.

Cannot Order From Website but Phone Reps Great

I have tried five times now over three months to order online, each time trying live chat and also sending an e-mail, and each time getting a sympathetic response about "problems with the website." For five months? And if it is only my computer, then is there no tech person? Why have a website for ordering if it doesn't respond to orders ? Two of those times I was able to call, and the agent each time, was friendly and helpful. That is why I give the review one star. Otherwise I wouldn't have responded at all. I love Johnny Was clothes but my schedule don't allow calling most times, so I spend my savings elsewhere! . Hope this is helpful.
