recent order
Wow, I love your clothes, but as much as I would love to give you a great rating --- I just can't. My recent order placed on Feb. 25th did not go well. This is the 2nd order that has not been filled. (this last order does have one piece that is being sent) I had an order in Dec. 2016 that was cancelled. I placed this order on Feb. 25th --- you took money out of my account on that day. I had no email communication from you about the status of my order. I made two phone inquires about the order. I did talk to a customer service representative on the first call who just said my order was being processed. After not hearing anything - I called again on March 6th --- I waited for someone to pick up the phone -- after 20 minutes, I hung up. I then sent an email inquiry to your inbox. I finally got an email on the 7th saying you couldn't fulfill all of the order and were refunding some of my money. Generally the customer service on this order and my previous order in December was not good. I shop at the Naples, Florida store ---- but can honestly tell you that these last two online experiences have soured by feelings for this brand.
