Never purchase a "final sale" item!

This is the 2nd time my final sale item did not fit. I would have loved to exchange it for the proper size, but the policy prohibits it. Unfortunately my collection of Johnny Was mistakes is growing.

recent order

Wow, I love your clothes, but as much as I would love to give you a great rating --- I just can't. My recent order placed on Feb. 25th did not go well. This is the 2nd order that has not been filled. (this last order does have one piece that is being sent) I had an order in Dec. 2016 that was cancelled. I placed this order on Feb. 25th --- you took money out of my account on that day. I had no email communication from you about the status of my order. I made two phone inquires about the order. I did talk to a customer service representative on the first call who just said my order was being processed. After not hearing anything - I called again on March 6th --- I waited for someone to pick up the phone -- after 20 minutes, I hung up. I then sent an email inquiry to your inbox. I finally got an email on the 7th saying you couldn't fulfill all of the order and were refunding some of my money. Generally the customer service on this order and my previous order in December was not good. I shop at the Naples, Florida store ---- but can honestly tell you that these last two online experiences have soured by feelings for this brand.

Not happy

I received my order of three beautiful size small tops, but two of them were soooo large. In the past I've always been a size small in Johnny Was, but this time they were huge and didn't look good on me at all. They were final sale. When I received them last week I immediately sent an email to you asking what my options were. If it was possible to exchange them. I received no response at all. I am frustrated and saddened that my order did not fit. I was so looking forward to new Johnny Was shirts! My all time favorites! Is there any way I can come into the store and exchange the two shirts that do not fit or look good on me for something else? Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Terry Grove

Poor Customer Service

I tried returning a pair of Johnny Was espadrilles from an online order (Spring 2017 catalog)- because they were too tight and uncomfortable. I followed the instructions carefully per the return policy - keeping them in their original packaging and dutifully requested a Return Authorization Number via email. I've made this attempt twice in the past 10 days but no one will respond to my emails. Since your return policy makes it clear that returned items will not be processed without A a Return Authorization Number, I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that cost more than $300 which I cannot wear. It's frustrating and disappointing.
