Up today, I am still not get yet. I ordered many days before Christmas. Keep waiting and no answer until I chat for many times and got emails and said will delivery today. Also, a few days later, I called in and need to swap to smaller size, but they are not allow for me to swap, but they told me that the ordered is shipping soon between 24 to 48 hrs and take a few days (2 days) to get it. But it takes 1 and 1/2 week and confirm the tracking will get today. It should be 2 to 7 business days for web. Very unhappy about the process by order from internet. Will see I will get the items today.

I have shopped online with Johnny Was before and the turn around time use to be much faster from order to delivery. Twice I have ordered an item, only to be notified after I have had to follow up that the item was sold out. This recently happened and it was 2 weeks before I received my refund back. Also the staff that answers your telephone inquiry line are not so friendly. It is almost as if it is an imposition to call.

I love your clothing but your new (fairly new) "return for credit only" policy on specials and sales has made it practically impossible for me to be a regular customer since I do not live near a JW store. Since I cannot order 2 or 3 of an item in different sizes to see what fits and return the remaining items on anything but full priced merchandise, it makes it impossible for me to shop from the JW website without accruing thousands of dollars in "credit". Unfortunate, because I used to order a mixture of sale and full priced things together and now I only order JW through Nordstrom or other stores that allow me to return things that do not fit. Please let me know if the return policy changes, as I would actually prefer to order directly through the JW website.
