to-date I have had two shirts open up on the seam....was not enough seam allowance made on the shirts.....seems a shame to have paid as much as one does and they start to fray apart at the seams....I love the shirts but I think more inspection is needed at the seamstress phase

Creative, lovely clothes, but so unpredictable in size that buying on your website becomes dissapointing and stressful. I used to be able to call and get some help from the phone staff, but the garments are no longer in the same place as they are, and they often fail to respond to email. The clothes you make are unique in the marketplace and delightful. However trying to buy them is deeply frustrating. The cost to send them back through the mail is quite high, but keeping something priced like this if it doesn't fit is not an option. And even at sale price they are an investment, but may be unreturnable, which makes your sales also frustrating. It would hep if the sizing issue was addressed. It would also help if you put measurements for each garment on the website and some indication of how loose or tight the garment should be worn. I wish you had provided stars for the clothing and another set for website shopping. Because you get a very high rating for beauty, and a low rating for getting a garment that fits from your website.

The ordering was easy as the representative was courteous and helpful but I was so disappointed when the jacket arrived that I wanted to wear on Mother's Day was the WRONG one.

I sent an email two days ago with a desire to return several items and exchange a size for one. I have only received an email saying that my return is “under review”. I’ve never had a company not give a return authorization number right away. What is the hold up??

Two boxes arrived each containing the item that I ordered. Since then I have been trying to get them to pick up the return but FedEx never shows up for the pickup. It's an inconvenience to me and I'm rethinking my loyalty to this brand. I love their clothes but this is annoying.
