I love your products, some haven’t worked perfectly for me, too much fabric or the sizing off a bit, but I still find enough i love over and over….I will admit that I only buy on sale which limits me, but as a retiree I really value where I spend my money and your prices are high! I love the holiday catalog and am envisioning winning your contest so I can really buy exactly what i want!!

If it hadn’t been for Dominique in customer service, I would not have been able to order. My online experience has been unfortunate & your site STILL isn’t working for me as of today. I love your clothes, and used to be able to buy many of them when they went on sale. But with your no return or exchange policy I am no longer able to do this. Because I sometimes take a small, extra small, or even a medium, I cant risk buying an item on sale. You also do not have reviewers who can help me make this decision. Your clothes at the regular prices are too expensive for me. I do not have a store near me to help me either. I wish that you would change your policy.

I love your fabulous embroidery and bohemian style, but it is impossible to ever speak or chat online with anyone about size and fit. Also, I am not a fan of your return policy regarding sales items. Some of the large size fit me and some of the medium sizes fit. How am I to know when buying online? Sadly, three blouses went to the resale shop because they were way too big and I couldn't return them for a smaller size. I wish you had a store in Kansas City, the closest big city to where I live. Fortunately, there is a boutique three hours away that carry your lovely things, where I get to shop occasionally and I always come home with a Johnny Was. Probably more than you wanted, but you asked!

The best quality and styles available. The sizing varies so much from line to line and even in the same line and the SAME &$@# size chart appears regardless of the garments actual dimensions. Have to go to other distributor sites to get the bust measurement - Nordstrom rack and eBay offerings to get proper measurements. Get stuck with garments that are on sale and non returnable. So they go up on eBay to recoup cost. Others do this too so actually it is fostering a good after market for me to purchase correct sizes from other sources. Would rather purchase from you. Lost weight and need new clothes but huge hit or miss on sizing so only giving three stars due to poor communication of sizes. Otherwise I love all the clothes and is of quality fabrics that are not found these days. Like the limited editions it is ok when things run out of stock each season. Thank you and I am a loyal customer trying to figure out the sizing which is difficult.
