I have ordered several times online, since I am not always near a store. The page is great, the time I contacted a service person, fantastic, but on two occasions I had trouble with the merchandise I go. Once a tunic had an uneven hem, and at other time a dress was not the right color. I know you have a great return policy but I am not always in my San Antonio home, sometimes my orders a re forwarded to me, so I have to keep what I get, I wear it anyway. Yet I would beg you to be a little bit more careful fulfilling the orders, cause otherwise it would be perfect! Love the page, the stores, the tunics, dresses and scarves.

The clothing was beautiful. The Johnny Was fabrics are exquisite. I wish there were more pieces with regular sleeves as opposed to drop sleeves which just don't look good on me.Customer service wasn't the best. Chat line is never available and my email with questions was NEVER answered. If you can get someone on the phone they are usually polite. I returned the clothing because for the price I wanted it to look great on me.

Would like hip measurements on tops as the flared ones run bigger than I expected

With my first purchase, I'm disappointed; I had to purchase a product in Grey, not the Blue leggings, because of size availability. When I called customer support, there was no suggestion to wait or that I could order the blue and when new shipment came in, it would be sent. So, I am disappointed and not pleased with getting the standard expensive grey, as the Blue is my color...Eilish mccaffrey (650-740-3703)
