I LOVE your clothes and own many pieces - short and long slips, tunics, kimonos, dresses. But every piece fits differently. Is there an easy way to know what fits small or runs large. I have L tunics that fit great and XL tunics that are too small. One XL dress fits great, two others are huge. Help - how do I know which size of your incredible clothes to buy?? Jane

Love these clothes. The quality of fabric, construction and fit can be a little inconsistent for the price. But I'm okay with that because I feel great in these clothes and receive a lot of compliments.

The JW tunics are beautiful but sometimes, when ordered online instead of purchased in a store, they've arrived looking a different color than the photographs. I've also received patterned tunics where the patterns are cut differently than shown, to the point that the tunic does not resemble what I ordered. But when they're right, they are really beautiful.

Johnny Was blouses are beautiful and great quality. They are blouses that can be kept for years and the bohemian, tunic style can be worn from season to season. Overall I'm usually very satisfied; however, I do not recommend purchasing their blouses when they've been clearancesd because they are non refundable and cannot be exchanged. Due to the difference in sizes and styles, this was a problem for me recently and I'm stuck with two, expensive blouses I can't wear. This policy needs changing. I feel there should be a credit given in the amount payed.

The return policy drives me crazy. I tend to purchase your items from places like Neiman Marcus that have simple, no cost returns. It's so much easier!
