Sent the wrong item
So disappointed I ordered a rainbow Echo Dot for my granddaughter for Christmas I got an email that it was shipped and I never received it what I actually received instead was a small envelope with a USB charger in it when I realized what they had done I called them with no explanation as to why I got a USB charger for the $64!and not the child’s Echo Dot they told me they could not send The correct item but they would credit my card in 24-48 hours and Then i could place a new order. What kind of customer service is that?
