The send the wrong thing

ordered 2 wireless chargers. One worked other didnt. Emailed back and forth like they were going to take care of it then never heard from them again.

I have now purchased four pairs of these headphones and none of them have worked. The company gave me back my money for the first two pairs and I plan on submitting for the second set. But this is insane that four pairs would not work. I am super disappointed in the headphones.

How can I review? It hasn’t gotten here!!!!

If I could I leave a zero star I would,my invoice comes with a message that reads "Please Do contact us before leaving any comments , we strive towards 100% custumer satisfaction." Well I did and after numerous attempts nothing . My product arrived as an open item no original package box ,as far as I'm concerned it should be a "New " item I bought didn't buy "As Is"or Open box item. Secondly And most importantly my Headphones dont turn on ,dont even show there charging and indicator light is not coming on. I hate to say it but I will never buy from this store. I'm upset that some how Walmart online let's this seller come on its platforms, I never bought from any other place that I can't physically walk in and personally buy an item or needless to say I can return an item with out going thru a million of questions or steps to return item.
