Received order quicHomkly. Tops I ordered were nice. Pair of Charter Club pants were defective. No response to email request for return or from phone message I left. It's been a couple of weeks now and I must assume they do not respond to requests for returns or for defective product. I would order again from them very selectively.

Some items from my order are missing, package came full opened with items falling down. I tried to contact Homeware, they do not answer the phone, do not return voice mail calls. I need to return some items and not able, how to get refund for missing items? Will never use this company again. Do not buy from them!!!!

Placed an order got confirmation, a week later I get an update my item shipped ok great another week goes by and my order is canceled for no reason.

Poor. I was shorted on my order. I ordered 2 apple ear pods and only recieved one. I hope you will rectify this.
