I see that the people at Globehunters are fairly quick to catch errors and help resolve them but I think there should be a rather large red flag on their site regarding baggage. I was, like most unaware that trans continental tickets were now priced excluding baggage charges.

Helpful with online booking problem

Ultimately, everything worked out and I got my tickets (at an amazing price), and phone support was very helpful. The reason I'm giving a three is because of the lack of transparency throughout the process. Airline tickets are a lot of money and it took about 30 hours from initial booking to getting a ticket. The only way I knew I wasn't ghosted was because I called support, but even then I think follow up email would've been good. I think I would've liked more communication throughout the process if it is going to take a while, especially with most competitors, you get a confirmation code almost instantly. Thanks!
