While the service was professional I t was new and I did not like having confirmed ans selected price That with in an hour I received phone that price did not include bag I would prefer to select flights and then add in additions and see total price so that I can see true comparision wkith other providers rather then cancel and go through search again

Very friendly staff. However, phone number does not seem to work. This is an issue when trying to rectify something.

My first point of confusion was when I received an email from an agent of yours confirming my booking when in fact I had not booked any flight with you. At that time I was comparing prices. I have booked many flights through various travel websites and I'm sorry to say I found yours to be the least informative. There was no message after booking to say what happens next, all I got was a screen with a reference number! Nothing indicated the next step or when I would receive my e-ticket and nowhere to check said reference number. I had to email one of your agents to confirm the procedure of when I would get my tickets. Also I found your website very limited as to options available, there was pretty much no options such as insurances, seat selection, frequent flier options to qualify for air miles. I understand that it may be an idea to keep costs low that you don't offer these options, but to be honest you were no more competitive than other sites. My choice to go with you was based on reviews, which in hindsight I don't understand how you got so many good reviews.
