Refund
I have to say that this is one of the worst services I have had.
On the 6th of September 2022 I book 2 tickets to London for the 20th of December 2022 returning 5th January 2023. I received a call from of of you agents to inform me that my ticket did not include baggage and would I like to add for an additional fee. I said yes and then paid and received my ticket.
I phoned on two occasions to confirm the tickets and the baggage and on both occasions the phone operator assured me it was all in order. I arrived at the airport on the 20th of December to find out that the baggage was not added to my ticket. I called globe hunters and the terrible excuse I received was that the extra amount I spent on the baggage was only for my carry on luggage of 7kgs. This is a blatant lie as international flights give you carry on for free and I had paid for check In luggage.
The the glove hunters phone operator was not helpful and only suggestion was he could refund my amount back to me and I had to pay an additional amount at the airport to get my check in for both tickets. Which came to an additional 200 dollars. I was assured I will receive my refund in 5 working days.
As it is well past that time and after continuing to try and contact your team to no assistance or help I am writing this.
I am also send this as an email and on a few websites to review.
I request my refund as promised, immediately
