I have to say that this is one of the worst services I have had. On the 6th of September 2022 I book 2 tickets to London for the 20th of December 2022 returning 5th January 2023. I received a call from of of you agents to inform me that my ticket did not include baggage and would I like to add for an additional fee. I said yes and then paid and received my ticket. I phoned on two occasions to confirm the tickets and the baggage and on both occasions the phone operator assured me it was all in order. I arrived at the airport on the 20th of December to find out that the baggage was not added to my ticket. I called globe hunters and the terrible excuse I received was that the extra amount I spent on the baggage was only for my carry on luggage of 7kgs. This is a blatant lie as international flights give you carry on for free and I had paid for check In luggage. The the glove hunters phone operator was not helpful and only suggestion was he could refund my amount back to me and I had to pay an additional amount at the airport to get my check in for both tickets. Which came to an additional 200 dollars. I was assured I will receive my refund in 5 working days. As it is well past that time and after continuing to try and contact your team to no assistance or help I am writing this. I am also send this as an email and on a few websites to review. I request my refund as promised, immediately

NO CHANGES OR CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASING TICKET

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! I purchased my Virgin Atlantic ticket to fly in 3 weeks' time. Within 24 hours of receiving my confirmation, my travel plans changed which meant that I no longer needed to travel. I requested a full refund in terms of Virgin Atlantic's 24 hour refund/cancellation policy. I was told by Globehunters that they could not CHANGE/AMEND the travel dates or provide a voucher despite Virgin's policy to allow this. I was told that I had to fly or lose all my money despite being within the 24 hour window. I even asked if I could pay a fee to change dates and they said they could do NOTHING for me. They are a completely FRAUDULENT company that does not stick to the terms and conditions of Virgin Atlantic's Ticketing Authority Terms and Conditions for ticketing authorities on Virgin's website. I will be filing a complaint directly with Virgin to urge them to investigate this company's practices to revoke their ticketing authority. They prey on misinterpreting the fine print in their favour and abuse the system for their own profit.

Airline did not receive the confirmation

No confirmation had been sent to my airline. I had to call GlobeHunters and query why the ticket was not confirmed and why the reservation code and e-ticket numbers where not recoginised. This was the most horrible experience. I had already confirmed 1 week before with the call centre and have emails as evidence. Very stressful and upsetting on teh day of my departure.
