Globehunters Team, Please you should indicate more clearly that the ticket prices quoted do not include Globehunters service charge and will be add on in final cost summary page. Secondly; It is really scary had to purchase on line and not receiving e ticket soon after payment. I had to follow up via email for my eticket. I only had a big smile on my face when I received the e ticket same day. Thank you!

It was quick to sort out order but its quickness sometimes create concern for customer if own order was properly processed without submitting details.

I have booked with a lot other agencies not once i got to be charged so much for using my visa. Why is that only you charge for using visa?, so that was a total turn off.

The booking was done all my info was correct. I needed more feedback and support in terms of email responses none of the ones I sent to you received a reply. You should put your customers at ease especially as a first time flyer.
