Ordered a spare part on the 13th of April, still hasn’t arrived, messaged multiple email addresses and contacted support, even paid £6. 95 for next day despatch nothing.

Shocking. Would never order from them again. Shipping was terrible, arrived in manufacturer box with a bit of tape stuck to it. No protection. Box heavily damaged. Scooter wrong colour.
