Never using again and will not recommend to anyone

Was disappointed with the customer service, the item was ok, but my mistake order too small so to replace an item I needed to pay for the shipping back plus 20% restocking fee, so you nearly losing half amount what you paid. I think it’s totally not acceptable from such a known brand like globber. Wouldn’t buy from official website again.

Very irritating that you stuck safety information labels on the body of this tricycle buggy, I tried to remove them before giving this to my grandson but they are glued on with some ultra powerful glue making it almost impossible to remove and leaving scarring behind. Really don't know how it is that you can't just tie safety information to it so it can be snipped off? Left me feeling irritated with the product rather than happy to have it
