Was told the scooter would leave the warehouse the same day and i would get it delivered next day. After three days i don’t have anything and they are not replying to the email.

I bought a bike for my son’s birthday and then a few days before I received an email saying that they were out of stock, so I had to find a different bike to arrive next day delivery. I would have thought they could have advised me of this earlier or even had the correct stock online.

Order placed 29th April for a birthday on 8th May. No communication despite reaching out loads and still no delivery. Where is my order. You have my money.

Sent the wrong trike weeks ago, still chasing them to sort it! Was for my grandson’s birthday so I have had to go buy one from elsewhere but still have globber’s trike sitting here boxed up waiting to be returned and my money refunded!!!

Worst and filthy experience . Bought a scooter with next day delivery charge for daughter as present for her birthday and parcel supposed to collect from delivery point but after 7 days waiting and visiting the collection point(post office) they informed it didn’t come. I’ve contacted the customer service and the colleague showed so many excuses and at last I’ve asked for my refund and it’s almost 21 days still no response and no refund…. Such a big company and such a worst service…. shame. !!!
