No follow up response from globber after asking for my proof of purchase which I supplied on the same day

I ordered two wheels as replacements on my son’s scooter, only one arrived. I’ve contacted customer services multiple times, I have received no reply!

Fuming. We spent a lot of money on a scooter from globber we now need a new rear tyre but can’t get one and globber don’t know when they will be getting them in stock.
