My meat arrived promptly and well packaged. Inside was an impressive amount of food. There were a few cuts that I had never cooked before, but that gave me an opportunity to learn some new techniques and recipes. Overall I'm very happy.

I guess I didn’t expect the unusual cuts of meat that I received. It would be helpful to include cooking methods or suggestions for recipes. Also, can the butcher’s package be customized somewhat?

Nice to review but for me it’s an over kill if reviewing.
