As written in my first review. Products…phenomenal but the lack of response is overpowering the taste from the grill.

Product is good. However, my order was incomplete and missing an item. Customer service offered to replace it or send a gift card. After agreeing on a gift card, I never received it. I reached out several times and never received another response or the gift card. Very disappointed! This was my "intro" to Farm Field Table to see if I would place future orders. I will not, based on this experience.

The chicken was terrible and it would have helped if it ha d been labeled bone-in or boneless.

Didn’t get anywhere near a $120 value for my monthly subscription that they promise you. The meat that was sent to me was the lowest quality/ cheapest cut there is out there. I gave another chance after talking to the provider, but still they failed. I did not receive my money back or a gift card that they said they would send to me as compensation. Love going to their fern dale location and picking out the cut myself. If you don’t mind other people picking out low quality meat for you and paying $90 for it, then maybe the monthly subscription is for you.
