Definitely needs to improve shipping for the Southern area. One item arrived quick but the other took longer than it said and I never received any confirmation or tracking that said that was shipped and never received anything from courier either when they are going to deliver. I had to contact custom service for that. They were very nice and helped with that but even when they passed me the tracking number and have checked it wasn’t very clear
