Website easy to use. Customer service responded to queries quickly. Good people to deal with.

The mattress is fantastic. Initial delivery dramas to start with but the mattress comfort outweighs this initial hiccup. Best thing !!!!!

Better communication would be good .

Delivery was speedy, communication was great. The only issue I had was that they didnt tell us when the pillows were going to be delivered, luckily we were home, but there was no notifications on that side of things, the bed was fine.

Our mattress took two weeks to arrive. We had to follow up with both Emma and the courier. Emma was very supportive although the tracking service wasn’t clear.
