I phoned in to inquire how to measure posts. Is the listed measurement the total length, or the height above the ground? I was told height above the ground. But apparently there are two styles , and pet fence / deerbusters measure their posts differently between the styles. So the rep actually made things worse not better. I could have just guessed and actually been correct rather than been given half the answer. Now they want restocking fees and I require an upgraded product if I want to be able to use the fencing style I purchased.

The company sent out the wrong size poles and no installation instructions. Sales person was polite and courteous at time of order placement, package arrived when promised. I call to correct the matter but due to high call volume I was asked to leave my number and reason for the call.... and one day later I have not received a return call.

So far I found that the auger and all the 12 Self Tapping Screws were not included plus there are no directions to she how to put the fence together. So far it is a total disappointment. I need to be contacted tomorrow morning (9/24).

Needed to return. It. Looked bigger and clunkier than I expected. Was a bit rusted through anyway. And even though the new fence I bought was through them, the cost of returning the old one was $350 between the shipping they make you pay for, and the 10% restocking fee. I try to you smaller companies, but back to Amazon for me..

The quality of the product is very poor. The return policy requires you to pay 75% of the original price for shipping and restocking fee! Terrible!!!
