This is an excellent product that installs easy but the packaging wasn’t sturdy enough and first 10’ was bent up. This was on the 100’ roll so it was heavy.

I was so excited to find something to keep my baby safe. We had to make adjustments to open our gate (bend poles), the corners don’t flow and look sloppy, and the plugs for the poles don’t stay on without tape. I was hoping for and out of the box instant fix, but it wasn’t. We made it work, but it was incredibly frustrating. I think there are diy options that would work just as well. It is up and doing the job, and customer service was responsive during business hours. This is clearly not there specialty

We ordered the 4' dog fencer with top rail, and have followed directions. We are to the point of adding the fencing itself, and the directions say that we are to attach the fencing not only to the posts, but also to the top rail. The problem is that the top rail is put into loops over the top of the posts, which means that the fencing will not reach the ground it if it attached to the top rail... will we need to cut each of the posts shorter by a couple of inches to make this work? This whole thing has definitely not been easy...

Ordered 3 rolls of welded wire fence 5x100ft one of the rolls is bent up bad on both ends other two were fine.

We need to add basic instructions indicating to drive the short posts with closed end into ground. How far? Then insert full length pole into ground insert. What do you do with screws? Are there a matching holes somewhere? And finally attach pipe overhang to height pole. Get cinder block pipe attachments from local Electrical Supply Store with screws and mollies? Just a thought for us small patio users
