Was wrong part and I paid 14.00 Dollars to send it back plus they taking 10 % more events I don’t opened it

Horrible , Misleading product description , there are “kits” and then there are “Actual Items “ on the to ORDER Page- I’m a single women that absolutely would never order the “Gate Kit” that’s in pieces (I do Not know how to put a gate together) So I Ordered a 8’ GATE and a 4’ GATE They cost more (double cost of ready to hang steel gate!)but I thought I want everything to match the easypet fencing I was ordering so thought yes It would be worth the extra $$ to order the READY TO HANG GATES THAT WOULD MATCh the fencing - well - I Was WRONG! When it finally was delivered 2 weeks past the Tracking date and only delivered then because EasyPet would not contact the freight company they hired to find out where the shipment was I purchased and I was told I should call them myself to find out - which I did and the awesome freight company they hired had it sitting at their facility only 30 miles away from my home for 2 weeks! When I had asked them for tracking so I could have a paid crew scheduled to build the fence - long story short it ended up Costing Triple for the fence and Arrived in approximately 100 pieces and 6 pages of instructions to be build the gates that cost more than double $ of Ready to hang steel gates and NO the wire part of the “gate” is not even included in that ! WOW and certainly not a Sturdy real gate like the Ready to Hang Steel gates- the customer service rep. Told me that it “mentions on their site “that the gates are only pieces “ Well I did not read their whole site I went to the Order Page And I ordered a “GATE” no where on the Item Order page would you think it was anything other than the Item listed as a GATE. They said yes I could return all the pieces but of course I allready was overspending $$ on this and would have to pay restocking and ship back cost! WOW Company knows how to make money only no customer service and if the product (gate pieces) not as described “GATE” well haha they make more $ money off you - you would think they would want customer to be happy with product and service - but Not this Company - I’ve paid $$$$ and learned :( People you need to Shop local - so sad to say You can not Trust ordering long distance / on-line from companies like EasyPet Fence .

The posts came dented and scratched. We couldn’t get the ground sleeves in the ground straight and they offered no solution or feedback as to how to fix it. We now have to hire someone to drill holes and fill them with cement which was what we were avoiding when we bought this fence. Not worth the money. Do not use this company

Then send chicken wire that the market is good for large dogs. We had to go out and purchase different fencing because it is not durable. First time using and our dogs bent the material.
